My Year in GRi11

I don't know what to to tell my 31 year old self but it might go like this “did I really grow a moustache”. Remember when I won the RAGE award when I was ten Mr R had to look it up on the Internet.

Can you remember the rippa tournament we went to Wellington base backpackers I was on the 7th floor with Cooper and some people from King Country. Our first day was great we had one loss on the first day. On the second day we versus  Counties Manukau we went to golden point. We started the team got it out to Eva and she scored the try and we won.

In GRi11 we had one to one device. I had an Apple iPad 2 it is crap compared to the devices you might have in the future. My learning in Grill has been the best and I think I learned the most in this year and almost got to stage 8.

Remember in GRi11 when we got to plan our day just like at university. Here are some things you have to accomplish: get a hot wife have child hopefully a boy,  go to the Olympics and get a top three placing, make sure I'm still friends with Dom, go to 100.

Athletics Day

On the 9/11/16 our Athletics was on. We started with Long distance which I Got a four. Then we went to high jump which I am ok at. Me and my friend Dom were the last two to jump over the pole. When had morning tea why I mainly played around on the hurdles.

We had to go to the shot put which I hate doing because I am not good at it. I got the shot put half way so I got a 2 out of 4. We went to go do hurdles which I like doing. I raced first and won easily and got a 4. Then it was lunch. I had championship finals which was Sprints and Hurldles. I had to do sprints then hurdles right after.

The gun went off and the top 8 were running which was me and Dom We were right next to each other with 5 meters to go. It's over Dom you won. I wby 0.07 Miller seconds.

Those were my main highlights for the athletics day until I felt like I was gonna die.  Dom and I a good friends so I would thank him for being a good sportsmanship and knowing the fact that I Lost to him by a tiny fraction.

Cultural sports rotation

Cultural sports rotation

On Thursday last week we had an idea of a cultural sports rotation. These are the sport options that we came up with Yoga,T ball,Gaelic Football, Kabaddi and Handball. I'm doing handball with Blake and Tyler B.

We are doing a Cultural sports rotation because we've been learning about cultural diversity. I've been organising the sports and helping everyone to be ready for the Cultural sports rotation. We have also had to test all the sports to make sure they are safe. With the Kabaddi we had to change the rules to Ripa version.

Learning Divisibility rules

This is a learning post about divisibility rules here a video for divisibility rules 2-12.

The Nigeria

Once upon a time in Nigeria there was guy called Charlie. It was 1924 Charlie was chased by a wild horse that escaped his cage. He sprints into a nearby cage But … it was a lion cage. The lion was sleeping Charlie was so lucky he always carried an m16 he shot the lion. The Lion survived and woke then took a rage quit and turned on Charlie and revealed his robotic 10 gauge shotguns out of both front paws  then stood up and shot Charlie fifty times until his eyeballs came out with his brain and he crumpled into a massive pool of blood.

Yearbook entry

My best memory as a college street  is becoming a sports coach and being able a to yell at people just like mr R and my favourite teacher Mr Wimms. The worst part about being a college street kid having to sit through Mr Kennedy’s boring  assembly's. The funniest moment as a college street is in year four,Ethan farted during a test and I felt it vibrate through my chair.

Best deal at college street is not having to wear uniform, because we get to express ourselves with what we wear. In the future I would like to go to the Olympics and get a top three placing or I would represent NZ in the all blacks.

I am proud of my getting loads of medals in in school competitions. I was also involved in the rippa tournament and we came 4 out of all of NZ. I think I learn well in grill because i can plan my day. Next year I'm going to PNINS (Palmerston north intermediate normal school) I hope PNINS is as good as college street.

sugar argument

Sugar argument

Dear honourable  Mr Key

Mr Key I'd like to start with my opening statement to announce that you should introduce a sugar tax to Fizzy drinks like Coca Cola. In supermarkets a bottle of coke cost $1 for a 2.25 litre bottle.

Secondly Fizzy drinks are addictive like cocaine and addictive drugs.Instead of buying the healthy drink of water people buy the cheap fizzy drinks.Instead they could be buying water milk and then reason why I'd like  you to enforce the  tax cheap fizzy drinks. could also You could also use the tax funds for children's  education.

Lastly I'd like to say some people so much fizzy that they start having diabetes and obesity so you would have. To spend more government money for the hospitals in New Zealand  to try and get rid of diabetes and obesity out of other people's bodies.

Hieroglyphic narrative

This is a narraitve that I have done recently.

Vans peril

Once upon a time there was a little boy called Van. He was obsessed with Quail chicks. Which looked like the girl of his dreams.

The week Van went to the zoo with his Grandmother he wanted to see the big scary lions. Just before they got to the lion exhibit a vulture flew by and grabbed Van's basket. Which was full of quail chicks. But Van held onto his basket firmly and flew off with the vulture.

The only thing that was holding van on was his quail chicks.  Three hours later. Van started see to an island on the island he saw even more lions, but these ones were wild. There were more vultures circling around a few dead lions. Van held onto the basket for dear life, as the vulture nosed dived straight towards the dead lions.

“Oh crap” whispered Van to the quail chicks as they descended onto the lion carcass. Van quickly scrambled away from the devious vulture that kidnaped him.

Later that day van started to wonder what happened to the quail chicks then it hit him (literally) a wall of quail chick guts went straight at his face. Just as he looked up he saw the vulture staring holes into his head. Then turned around excluding the pressure then he saw it the most beautiful pirate ship he has ever seen just on the coast of the island. Manning the ship was quail chicks and van saw the woman of his dreams.
